     Welcome and thank you for stopping by! I am Masami, a Kimono coordinator. I always have been being surrounded by the Kimono culture because my family, Kamino has been successfully involved in the Kimono business for decades in Japan. Having been in the San Francisco Bay Area for over 30 years, and with my passion for spreading the beauty of the Japanese Kimono and Japan's culture, I decided to establish KIMONO by Kamino. KIMONO by Kamino provides a service to assist in commemorating portrayals of Japanese culture. The “Coming of Age ceremony” (Seijinshiki) for the 20 year old and the “7-5-3 year old ceremony” (Shichi-go-san) are naturally highlighted as important “ages” to be celebrated in Japanese culture. Should a client choose to capture a celebration such as a wedding, an anniversary or a graduation while wearing Kimono, KIMONO by Kamino can arrange it for you, too. KIMONO by Kamino offers the opportunity for clients to be dressed in Kimonos by certified professionals and for these precious moments to be celebrated in photographs.
